VPS hosting is available for websites, applications and supported trading workloads that need an isolated server with administrator-level control.
What is a VPS?
A Virtual Private Server is an isolated server environment running on larger physical infrastructure. Unlike ordinary shared hosting, a VPS gives you allocated CPU, memory and storage plus administrative control, so you can install supported software, configure services and run persistent workloads.
You manage applications, server updates, security configuration and backups unless a separate managed-support scope is included in your quotation.

Which plan should I choose?
VPS-L1 or VPS-W1 suits lighter websites, development environments and a small number of applications. Choose L2/W2 for growing business workloads and L3/W3 for heavier databases, multiple services or more memory-intensive trading tools.
What is the difference between Linux and Windows VPS?
Linux is commonly used for websites, APIs, containers and open-source software. Windows is useful when your software requires Windows Server, Remote Desktop, .NET Framework or Windows-only trading terminals. Windows plans cost more because a monthly Microsoft licence is required.
Is the VPS fully managed?
No. Plans are self-managed unless your quotation explicitly includes server administration. You are responsible for application installation, updates, firewall rules, credentials, monitoring and backups. Suyotech can quote setup or ongoing management separately.
Can I run MT4 or MT5?
Yes, supported Windows VPS plans can run MT4 or MT5. Capacity depends on the number of terminals, charts, Expert Advisors, symbols and resource usage. Trading performance and broker connectivity are not guaranteed by the VPS plan.
Do I receive administrator access?
Linux plans include root SSH access and Windows plans include administrator access through Remote Desktop. Access is provided after successful provisioning and account verification.
Are backups included?
Snapshot slots may be available with the selected plan, but snapshots are not continuous or independent backups. Configure separate tested backups for important files, databases and application configuration.
Can I upgrade later?
Upgrades depend on infrastructure and operating-system availability. Contact support before changing plans so storage, applications, licences and downtime requirements can be reviewed.
How long does provisioning take?
Most standard orders can be provisioned after payment and verification, but timing varies by location, operating system and upstream capacity. We confirm availability before accepting a time-sensitive requirement.
What activities are prohibited?
Spam, malware, credential attacks, unlawful content, abusive scanning, copyright infringement, denial-of-service activity and any use prohibited by applicable law or upstream acceptable-use rules are not allowed.
