Refund and Cancellation Policy

Suyotech provides custom development services whose work is reserved and performed against agreed requirements. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the project stage, completed work and the accepted quotation or service agreement.

Before work starts

If you cancel before development, planning or other reserved work has started, you may request a refund of amounts paid, less any clearly disclosed payment-processing charges and any completed discovery or consultation work.

After work starts

Once work has started, amounts attributable to completed work, reserved capacity, purchased third-party items and delivered milestones are not refundable. Any remaining unearned balance will be reviewed against the agreed scope and work records. A refund is not available merely because requirements changed, a third-party platform changed or results from trading software did not meet financial expectations.

Milestones and approval

Clients should review each milestone within the review period stated in the project agreement. Report reproducible deviations from the accepted requirements through the portal. We will first make reasonable efforts to correct verified scope-related issues before considering a refund for the affected, undelivered portion.

Digital deliverables and third-party costs

Released source code, downloadable files, licences, domains, hosting, subscriptions, market data and other third-party purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated or purchased, except where the relevant provider or applicable law requires otherwise.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Email [email protected] or create a portal support ticket. Include the project or invoice reference, reason and relevant evidence. We will acknowledge the request and provide a written decision after reviewing project records. Approved refunds are returned to an available appropriate payment method; bank or provider processing time may vary.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law. If an accepted quotation or signed agreement provides more specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms apply to that project.
